Swedish Cookies

1) Cream 1 cup butter with 1/2 cup sugar, add 2 egg yolks, 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoons vanilla, and pinch of salt.
2) Roll into balls, dip in egg whites, then roll into 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
3) Bake 300 degrees for 5 minutes, then press in center with thumb, add jelly , bake 30 minutes.
